New Year’s Eve Firework Display
From 8 pm to 3 am on New Year’s Eve, Lake Zurich and the upper Limmat River provide one of the most attractive festival settings in Switzerland. 150,000 or more people show up to be enthralled by New Year’s Eve party. The highlight of the event is the fantastic fireworks display to ring in the New Year, which is set off from two ships on the lake.
